PROPERTY MANAGEMENT deals with the acquisition, operation, representation on behalf of a landlord, monitor, maintenance, accountability, oversight of residential real estate and disposition of asset.
One important role of a Property Manager is that of liaison between the owner/landlord and tenant/leasee, providing a buffer for those owners who are desiring to distance themselves from their tenant.

Property Management Services include:

Marketing – Property evaluation to establish property’s fair market value. Review condition to assess repairs prior to marketing of investment property.

Full Screening of Tenant’s – credit, criminal history, rental history and current employment.
Lease Preparation – Using legal documents approved by Florida State board.

Duties and Responsibilities by Manager – Collect revenue, pay expenses, do inspections and authorize repairs, deal with all tenant request, legal assistance, accounting/bookkeeping services.

Manager will carry out landlord’s instructions, control cost and maximize revenue to maintain a stabilized cash flow as a return on capital investment.

Our goal is to enhance the value of the property by making improvements that will increase its market value, tenant retention and enhance pride of ownership.
